About the Town & Country service

To enable us to do this:

we appeal on our clients behalf to negotiate a business rate reduction

our staff work as part of a highly efficient unit focused on delivering a business rate reduction, which is achieved through lengthy negotiation with the relevant valuation authority.

we operate on a strict no win no fee basis.

All we ask our clients to do is to authorise us to carry out the business rate audit on their behalf and our fee is calculated from the saving made.

We will also agree to represent you at future rateable re-valuations, which currently take place every five years.
